About Steve LeMere

   I am a Navy veteran from Chicago Illinois. In the Navy I was taught design and fabrication in the field of parachute rigging. I spent a total of 9 years in the service of the US military and am proud of my time served. I moved to Arizona in 2008 where I learned to  endure these long hot summers but am reminded why I transferred during the amazing winters.

   I have always had a fascination for hyper realistic illustration and have spent many years honing my skill to that level. Although I am self taught, I find thinking out of the box and learning new skills are part of the game. I enjoy creating pieces in many mediums including pencil, colored pencil, airbrush and paint. Though this page focuses on pencil I have other pieces I will post at a later date.
